If there is no quality problem:
If you want to return an item, please contact us first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, You are required return the item within 10 days once it is received.
1 If returned for exchange you are required to pay the shipping fee and the price difference
2 If returned for refund: you are required to pay the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.
Quality problem OR wrong products when open the package:
If you encounter problems after receiving your order such as wrong color or wrong size, please send an email to contact us first. Please attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.
1 All items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order.
2 Please keep the item in original condition, items that has been used is not returnable.
3 Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission.
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1 Contacting us within 24 hours after payment and you will not be charged.
2 Contacting us after 24 hours, and 3% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
3 Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is dispatched.
